पाव भाजी | Pav Bhaji
1.Peel potato and carrot
2.Take half capsicum and 2/3 pieces of cauliflower and little green peas
3. Wash the vegetables properly
4. Boil item 1,2,
5. Prepare masala for pav bhaji as under
a.Take 2 tomatos
b.Onion
c. Coriander leaf
d.Make the paste of onion
e. Make the paste of tomatos and coriander leaf
6.Put frying pan for heating
7. Once the pan becomes warm put ghee, a pinch of heeng and two methi seeds .
कढ़ी | Kadhi
1.Take a bowl of curd
2.Two spoon Besan
3.Haldi,salt,chilli
4.Properly Mix all of the.(1to3)
5.Put ghee in the pan
6.Put it on fire
7.Put Heeng,rai Kadi patta and Methi.
8.Put the entire material as mentioned in item 4 in the pan.
9.Boil it
10.When it becomes thick take out the pan
इडली साम्भर | Idli Sambhar
Soak one cup of arhar dal for half an hour. Wash it and boil in a pressure cooker with one tomato, salt, haldi and one piece of brinjal.
Make a tadka of heeng, 2 or 3 methi dana, rai (mustard seeds), curry patta and finely chopped onions.
