पाव भाजी | Pav Bhaji

1.Peel potato and carrot
2.Take half capsicum and 2/3 pieces of cauliflower and little green peas
3. Wash the vegetables properly
4. Boil item 1,2,
5. Prepare masala for pav bhaji as under
a.Take 2 tomatos
b.Onion
c. Coriander leaf
d.Make the paste of onion
e. Make the paste of tomatos and coriander leaf
6.Put frying pan for heating
7. Once the pan becomes warm put ghee, a pinch of heeng and two methi seeds .
8.Once ghee gets hot put paste of onion 5(d) wait till the onion paste become slightly brown
9.Thereafter put half spoon coriander powder and little garam masala
10.Once item 9 is Ok then pour 5(e) paste of tomatos and coriander leaf and get it properly heated
11. Thereafter put boiled vegetables item 4
12. Mix salt and one spoon pav bhaji masala in water and mix it with vegetable on the frying pan .
13.Let the vegetable fry in medium heat. You can mesh the vegitable in the frying pan.
13. Once vegetable is fried put 2/3 spoon butter.
14. Once vegetable is properly fried sprinkle pav bhaji masala and coriender leaf and onion
15. Bhaji is ready
16. Fry pav with butter
