Boil small, red potatoes. Peel them whole. (If you have large potatoes, slice them after peeling.) On an oven-proof, ceramic plate place the boiled potatoes. Put half a peanut on the centre of each potato. Sprinkle a little salt, kali mirch, lal mirch on each potato. Decorate the top of each potato with a mint leaf. Pour a little melted butter on each potato. Bake for 2 minutes.
